Dr. Manolidis is an Otolaryngologist who specializes in Otology-Neurotology / Skull Base Surgery.
He attended medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine and completed internship and residency in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at McGill University. Dr. Manolidis is dual fellowship trained in Otology - Neurotology with Glassock & Jackson at Vanderbilt University as well as in Head & Neck Oncologic Surgery at UC Davis in California. He is board Certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery as well as Otology – Neurotology. He brings decades of experience in the fields of Skull Base Surgery, Otology, Neurotology and Head & Neck Surgery.
Dr. Manolidis began practicing at Texas Medical Center where he was faculty at Baylor College of Medicine. He was based at Methodist Hospital, Texas Children’s Hospital, St Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, Ben Taub General Hospital and the Houston VA. During his time at Texas Children’s Hospital, Dr. Manolidis founded and directed The Hearing Center, a multidisciplinary endeavor for children with hearing loss and deafness. He also directed the pediatric head and neck surgery and skull base surgery unit at Texas Children’s Hospital. He was subsequently the director of Otology, Skull Base Surgery and Head & Neck Surgery at Columbia University/New York Presbyterian Hospital with a dual appointment in Otolaryngology & Neurosurgery. Dr. Manolidis has currently set up his home base at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center at Grapevine, serving the regions of north Texas.
